    Taking a relaxing bubble bath, cuddling with my dog and spending time in nature always help me to feel better.

      They all sound amazing! I love to get out in nature as well. I also love to give myself a home pedi and facial. Sometimes I just look out the window at the world and marvel that I am part of it
