Unapologetic Rant-About-My-Ex
Got too many angry thoughts and just need to dump it somewhere?! We got you.
I don't know how many times I just wanted to tell/scream about the sTUPIDANDHURTFULFUCKINGTHINGS my ex/s had done or said to me, their family had done, their friends said etc...and it's not always a great idea to post it on Facebook (or respond via flaming bag of dog poo...even though you reallyreallyreally want to).
But this is not Facebook. This is for you.
Now, couple of things first:
- This is designed as a free-for-all expression of any angry/scared/embarrassed/etc. shit you got going on.
- Know that before you read any other posts
- Having a safe space to rant is just as important as a safe space to heal
- Don't get into fights about other people's rants...their post is not for or about you (if you do find something that you believe IS about you, just let us know :) )
- No attacking other members or naming Ex's; their name isn't relevant and it can just end up hurting you (eg. legally etc.).
- If you are not too keen on too many people seeing your 'rant' or posts, just go over to your security settings and lock down your post as much as you like to feel comfortable.
- Contact us if you need a bit of help
“Anger is an assertion of rights and worth. It is communication, equality, and knowledge. It is intimacy, acceptance, fearlessness, embodiment, revolt, and reconciliation. Anger is memory and rage. It is rational thought and irrational pain. Anger is freedom, independence, expansiveness, and entitlement. It is justice, passion, clarity, and motivation. Anger is instrumental, thoughtful, complicated, and resolved. In anger, whether you like it or not, there is truth."

Weird thing happened/Was it an angel?
Sounds strange but sometimes stuff happens that just seems...out of this world? A caring stranger, a symbolic thing happening, someone saying something that you were just thinking. Seriously, it happens more than you think!
